The redevelopment of the former Rothbury Motors site, providing 24 apartments and houses. Received an RIBA award

Newminster Place, Morpeth
A development of 13 apartments on the outskirts of Morpeth within the conservation area

The redevelopment of the former Hotspur Hotel site providing 24 apartments and 2no offices. Situated within the conservation area and a minutes walk from Alnwick town centre, the scheme was shortlisted in the 2006 Landmark Trust awards

Waldridge Hall, Chester le Street A small development of 11 houses and apartments surrounding the existing Waldridge Hall

Christchurch, Forest Hall The development of the former Christ Church to create 12 apartments. The building retained the existing spire and re-used many original materials including the stone wall and slate roof
